I enjoy presenting keynotes and workshops to groups small and large and I've been told that I have a unique ability to connect with my audiences. Customized Workshops
In addition to Planning for Change – which is appropriate and valuable for so many audiences – customized workshops are also available either on site at your location or at Tapestry Lodge in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Customized workshops are based on an initial needs assessment and are tailored to each client’s team, group, or audience. Having spent many years designing curriculum and leading teams of instructional designers in the automotive industry, I am skilled in assessing needs and creating workshops to address the specific challenges and goals within an organization.
